Syracuse men's soccer is heading in the right direction, as evidenced by their intense game of locker room keep it up.

According to Syracuse.com, midfielder Liam Callahan led the exercise. Callahan was surrounded by his teammates, and he headed the ball to each teammate before receiving a pass back and moving to the next player. In a glorious ending Callahan chipped the ball directly into the trash can to ruckus celebration from his fellow athletes.

Syracuse, who lost to Clemson in the semifinals of the NCAA soccer tournament last season, opens their season on Friday against UMass at 7 p.m. at home.
