Extremely Important 'National Days' in April

If you're a frequent user of Twitter or Instagram, you may occasionally notice a trend of bizarre hashtags describing strange national holidays that you'd never heard of before. For example, April 10th was #NationalSiblingDay. You may have noticed many of the people you follow posting photos of themselves with brothers and sisters donning the popular hashtag. But where do these strange national "holidays" come from?

It turns out that National Sibling Day was founded by Claudia Evart in 1995 to honor and celebrate the joys of having siblings after losing two of her own. It turns out that almost every day of the year nationally celebrates someone or something. Get ahead of the game and don't miss these national days for the rest of April:
