We meet a lot of people in high school. People from all kinds of backgrounds, different shapes and sizes, the list goes on and on. Social life is just a part of the high school experience so whether you loved it or hated it, you definitely met some interesting people. I know I’m going to personally miss so many peers as we go on to college, but there are five people that I truly won’t miss at all.
1. The “Twitter Beefer”
That one person that always has to start something — we all know him or her. They decide to create conflict and start blasting on Twitter about some person or group. Nevertheless, hit that unfollow button for this person because they will be long gone after high school.
2. The “Hey, can I look at your homework?” Person
It doesn’t get easier after high school — at least that’s what I’ve been told. So those “no homework” people are going to be screwed. Go ahead and wipe the dust off your shoulder because those people are out of your way.
3. The “Try-hards”
I’m all for working hard in school, I really am, but it’s senior year! Most schools lock GPAs come second semester. Keep working hard and getting As, but don’t make the whole class look bad because you decided to skip Senior Skip Day! Like, c’mon!
4. The “Middle School Relationship-ers”
Finally, the days without these hand-holding, lip-sucking, French fries-sharing couples will be gone! And if that annoying ex-girlfriend or boyfriend won’t stop leaving you alone, then college will be a dream vacation! Unless they followed you there… Then run, run very fast.
5. The “Enemy”
Say goodbye! Whatever happened between you two, it’s over come graduation day. Whether they are going to the same college as you or not, college is big and you can easily avoid them for the rest of your life. So, smile, relax and enjoy the fact that you don’t ever need to see their face again.
