iOS 10 will be coming to iPhones this fall along with some major interface changes.

Apple CEO Tim Cook announced major updates to Apple's operating system with, most notably, new updates to iMessages.

In the video below, Cook highlights all of the major changes coming to the Messages app, including bubble animations, invisible ink, handwriting, and tap to replace Emoji, among other new features, including the ability to turn on read receipts for individual people.

According to iMore, the new operating system will bring changes to other apps as well, including Siri, Apple Music, and Maps.

iMore is predicting that iOS 10 will be available to the iPhone 5 and newer models as well as many models of iPads and the 6th generation iPod touch in mid to late September.
