The students at Sleepy Hollow High School decided to have a little fun with their yearbook photos.
Dave Husselbee, a junior at the Westchester, NY high school, bought five hawaiian shirts and convinced almost 60 students and a few faculty members to wear the shirt for their yearbook photo, according to ABC News. The result was pretty spectacular:
The prank originally began with only 10 students, but as more students had their pictures taken, they began passing the shirt around and even convinced seven faculty members to wear the shirt.
The school’s principal, Carol Conklin-Spillane, told ABC News that the prank exemplified the close relationship between students and staff: “Kids and teachers have wonderful relationships. It’s a very warm, wonderful place. That’s really what’s special about this place. It’s an example of how these four years in a person’s life can be transformative. It’s all about the relationships these young people have with adults.”
