30 Black College Students Were Kicked Out of A Donald Trump Rally

At a Donald Trump rally in Georgia on Monday, around 30 black students were removed by security, allegedly at the request of Donald Trump, reported USA Today.

The rally took place at Valdosta State University, which USA Today points out in its article, was a whites-only campus until 1963. Around 30 black students were standing silently at the rally, but were removed by security before Donald Trump even began speaking.

Tahjila Davis, a 19-year-old mass media major who was one of the students kicked out of the rally, told USA Today, “We didn’t plan to do anything. They said, 'This is Trump’s property; it’s a private event.' But I paid my tuition to be here.”

A spokesperson for Trump told USA Today that the Trump campaign had nothing to do with the removal, and that "There is no truth to this whatsoever. The campaign had no knowledge of this incident." But this isn't the first time people have been removed from Trump rallies without explanation.

Please remember to be an informed, intelligent voter this election season.
