Dad Leaves For Vegas, Son Comes Up With An Ingenious Plan For Privacy

By Bre'Anna Grant - Jun 10 2017

We've all had a vision at some point in our lives where we'd love for our parents to go away for a few days so we can throw a super awesome party or watch Netflix in our underwear eating anything and everything (right?) For this high school junior, when his dad left for Vegas, he created a set0up for his dad.

Kevin Mieles, a high school junior at University High School in Florida created this set up so he could have some privacy while his dad was away.

"I did it because I wanted some privacy," Mieles said via Twitter DMs. "He knows I'll have people over, so I knew he'd be looking 24/7."

Mieles' mother passed away when he was 11, so just him and his dad live in the house.

"We're kinda of close," Mieles said.

Since tweeting, he has received over 134,000 retweets and 400,000 favorites. The reactions from some users ranged from being mind blown to not understanding it at all.

Innovative thinking, am I right?
